San Francisco Sea Lions Collection
Site-specific AR project placing digital sea lion sculptures across San Francisco locations. Created as a response to the disappearance of the original sea lion sculptures from the city during and after the pandemic. The project explores how AR can reintroduce cultural landmarks into urban space through digital installations.
The project was developed as a site-specific AR installation. 3D sculptures were prepared for real-scale placement, exported to USDZ, and tested across multiple San Francisco locations using mobile AR. Final results were validated through on-site screen recordings to ensure correct scale, lighting, and spatial integration.
